Great meet last Saturday against a wonderful team from Juniata Valley YMCA! We look forward to swimming them in the future.

Practice and Meet This Saturday
We will have practice only Monday and Tuesday this week.
The meet that is scheduled for this weekend with Juniata Valley will begin at 9am. The carpool from Lock Haven will leave from the parking lot across from the Lock Haven YMCA at 7am. If you are not going to the meet, PLEASE EMAIL COACH JOEL ASAP! Thank you, and we hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
