Practice tonight will be at the same time, but at the Lock Haven YMCA due to weather

1st practice- 4:00-5:00pm

2nd practice- 5:00-6:30pm

In looking at the weather map, there is some weather supposed to blow in around 5pm. To just be safe, we will just change our practice location tonight to the Lock Haven Area YMCA. There will be no change in time.

1st practice-4-5pm

2nd practice- 5-6:30pm

Championship Meet Times For This Saturday

Session 1:

11-12

13-14

15 and Over

Warm Up: 8:30-8:50am. On deck to stretch at 8:20am.

There will be one way sprints at 9:30-9:50am

Meet Start 10:00am

Session 2:

8 and Under

9-10

1:30-1:50pm. On deck to stretch at 1:20pm

There will be one way sprints at 2:30-2:50pm

Meet Start 3:00pm

Again, the only way to pay is through the front desk at the YMCA. Please do this before Friday!

Loyalsock Meet 7/17

Try to be on the deck at 5:15 with our warm up starting at 5:30.

take the FAXON EXIT onto NORTHWAY ROAD.   (straight ahead)

After THIRD STOPLIGHT (FOUR MILE DRIVE), pool is on your LEFT.

It should take you about 30-35 minutes from the Lock Haven Exit to their pool parking lot. Entries have been emailed as of noon! Remember, this is a short course meter pool, so times will be off but can be converted!

Meet Info 7/10 and 7/12

Tonight's meet will start at 6:00pm. Because we're the home team, We warm up first, which will be at 5:00-5:30pm. I would like the swimmers on deck with their events written on their hand at 4:45pm. This will also be the same time for Thursday's meet (Also at Home)

If you will not be attending the meet tonight, please let Coach Joel know ASAP. You may also let him know for the meet Thursday as well!
