Warm Up: 8:30-8:50am. On deck to stretch at 8:20am.
There will be one way sprints at 9:30-9:50am
Meet Start 10:00am
Session 2:
8 and Under
9-10
1:30-1:50pm. On deck to stretch at 1:20pm
There will be one way sprints at 2:30-2:50pm
Meet Start 3:00pm
Again, the only way to pay is through the front desk at the YMCA. Please do this before Friday!
